Visiting the Swaai Website

When you visit our website (www.swaai.com.au) you may choose to submit personal information to us (eg. signing up to our mailing list) and as Squarespace is our web hosting provider, Squarespace automatically collect personal information about you when we record your visit in their server logs.

We share the information automatically collected from your visit, and any information you submit via the website, with Squarespace, our website analytics provider. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.

Webform Submissions

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

Marketing Emails and Product Surveys

We may send you marketing emails or product surveys, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

6. Does Swaai use your personal information to send you spam?

No we don’t. We dislike receiving unwanted emails and messages as well. We comply with the Spam Act and the Privacy Act. You always have the option to opt-out of marketing or product survey communications you receive from us.

7. How is your personal information stored?

Squarespace is our web hosting and data analytics provider. Please refer to Squarespace’s Privacy Policy for more details on how they store your personal information.

In addition, we may hold your personal information in electronic form. Privacy and security are very important to us, and we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and we use a number of administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

We may disclose your personal information for the purposes described in the Section “Why do we collect, us and disclose your personal information?” to the following people and organisations:
